I’m excited to open registration for my Hypnobabies® Hypnobirthing series, beginning Oct 30, 2025 in Amesbury, MA at Saltwater Doulas. Over six weeks (we’ll skip Thanksgiving), you’ll explore evidence‑based childbirth education and gentle, medical‑grade hypnosis. These practices help you release fear, trust your body and connect deeply with your baby while staying relaxed and mindful. Hypnobabies is known for shorter, easier and more comfortable labors, but the most profound change is how empowered and joyful you’ll feel.
