Classes are every Wednesday night at 5:30pm. Please bring your mat and an extra towel, some hydration, and consider packing the bug spray!
This class is $25 cash/Venmo for drop-ins.

Join Elyse for this month's functional flow workshop with a focus on the pelvis and breath!

The pelvis acts as an attachment point for some of the strongest muscles in the human body, and as such it deserves more respect and attention than we typically give it. In our yoga practice, we'll pay explicit attention to not only our pelvis, but also focus in on our breathing as a whole.

This workshop will be $25 per person.

This season's gentle yoga and sound bath experience will focus on the essence of Springtime!

We'll begin with a gentle yoga flow that sets up our bodies and minds for a long meditation, ending with an immersive sound experience.

This sound bath will consist of crystal singing bowls-each bowl connected and tuned to each chakra- and Koshi chimes- each chime representing an element.

And yes... There will be dancing!

This Pop-Up is treated as any of our regularly offered practices: your unlimited monthly membership as well as class packs can be used.

Join in an introduction to intuitive tarot reading!

This class intends to share this practice with beginners so they can use the magic of tarot to reflect on their own lives.

The class will open with a brief grounding meditation, followed by education in the background of tarot. We'll then pull a single card leading into interpretative journaling. The session with a slow flow followed by a brief restorative practice.

Please bring a journal and pen as well as anything you'd like to put in the center and charge on the altar (ie crystals).

This course will be $35 per person.

I have some exciting news to share with you!
Starting January 1, 2025, our beloved Lisa Hopper will become the new owner of Symmetry.

When Becky entrusted me with this beautiful space a year and a half ago, I felt a whirlwind of emotions—excitement, nervousness, and deep gratitude. Could it be true that the dream of owning a yoga studio, as an energy reader had predicted two years before, was actually coming to life? It turns out, it was! As a community, we’ve accomplished so much in this time. We expanded the class schedule, introduced new workshops, refreshed the space and systems, and grew our community thanks to all of you bringing friends and family to share in the journey.

As some of you know, I’ve been leading Symmetry while balancing a traditional full-time office job. While I’m incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved and the connections we’ve built, it’s time for me to slow down, reclaim some free time, and focus on my family, friends, and other passions. This decision comes with a mix of emotions, but most of all, immense gratitude. Symmetry has always felt like my soul’s home, and you’ve always been my soul family.
A few words from Lisa..

I couldn’t be more grateful to be asked to take over as the owner of Symmetry Yoga. If I haven’t met you yet, I look forward to getting to know all of the members of our Symmetry community. After leading practice for 19 years, I am so excited to continue the legacy established by Becky and Beca. When our family moved from Irvine, CA to Exeter, NH almost 3 years ago I never realized what a thriving yoga community there was on the Seacoast. I’m so happy that I wandered into the studio and was given the opportunity to start offering practice. Besides the beautiful space, It’s the clients and the exceptional teachers that make Symmetry Yoga what it is. Symmetry will continue to be a home away from home, a place to reset and bring balance back to our lives and where all are welcome. I can’t wait to meet you all on the mat!
