Seacoast Keystone Therapy, LLC

Seacoast Keystone Therapy, LLC I provide pediatric Occupational Therapy to children with a variety of needs. I earned my M.S.

Deb (OT) I graduated from University of New Hampshire with my degree in Occupational Therapy and have spent over 30 years working in the field in a variety of settings. As a new graduate, I worked in home health and with inpatient psychiatric clients before transitioning to working as a school occupational therapist in an integrated preschool program. Over the years I have often worked closely wit

h professionals in related fields including SLPs, BCBAs, and early childhood educators. I hold certifications in Integrated Listening Systems, Handwriting Without Tears, Print Tool, the Wilbarger Brushing Protocol, and the SOS approach to feeding. It is my passion to work with children and their families to facilitate the highest level of functioning by utilizing play as a motivator and learning tool, adapting the task demands to meet the child where they are at, formulating play to promote adaptive responses and developmental motor patterns, and promoting the development of skills systematically. Caitlin (BCBA) I started working in the field of Special Education in high school as a summer job in an integrated preschool program and as an in-home paraprofessional. I absolutely fell in love with the field and left for college planning to head off to medical school and someday circle back in some way to work with young children with a variety of developmental disabilities. I earned my B.S from Quinnipiac University in Biomedical Science in 2011 and decided to take a year off from school to apply to medical school and figure out my next steps. During this time, I took a job in an out of district placement school for children with severe behavior concerns and became obsessed with Behavior Analysis. Instead of applying to medical school, I moved up to Boston to take a job as a behavior technician and pursue a Master’s Degree in Behavior Science. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons College in 2014 and passed the board to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I have now been a BCBA for 7 years and worked in the field in a variety of roles for over 15 years. I have worked in schools, homes, clinics, and residential settings with children and adults with a wide range of diagnoses. My experience includes treating clients with Autism and related developmental disorders, Trauma/Reactive Attachment Disorder, ADD/ADHD, TBI, and ODD. My personal areas of focus as a BCBA tend to be parent training, functional skills, collaborating across disciplines, and skill generalization. I believe in keeping programming simple and working in the natural environment as much as possible to facilitate functional progress for my clients. We provide therapeutic interventions for children with the following disabilities:
-Autism Spectrum Disorder
-Sensory Processing Disorder
-Coordination Disorders
-Developmental Disorders
-Feeding Challenges
-Balance and Strength Challenges
-Trauma
-Social Skills Challenges
-Attention Deficit Disorder/Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder
