As the holiday 🎄 season winds down and we settle into the quiet days between Christmas and the New Year, it’s not uncommon to feel a bit off. The festive hype fades and for many, this can lead to feelings of lethargy, sadness, or even anxiety.

I want to remind you: this is normal!!!

The holidays often bring a whirlwind of emotions…. joy, stress, excitement, connection….. and when it all slows down, our minds and bodies take time to adjust. It’s like coming down from an emotional high, and reality can feel heavier during this transition (emotional whiplash).
