💫 Restore & Recenter is an invitation to pause during the busyness of the holiday season and
return to yourself.
This gentle, restorative class is designed to support mental and emotional well-being, offering
space to slow down, breathe deeply, and find steadiness amid the noise.
Through long-held, prop-supported postures, mindful breathwork, and intentional stillness, we’ll
create an environment of safety, presence, and rest. The focus is not on effort or achievement,
but on listening, softening, and allowing the nervous system to settle.
This class is beginner-friendly and accessible to all bodies. No prior yoga experience is needed.
You’ll be supported with plenty of props and guided with care, leaving you feeling grounded,
nourished, and gently re-centered as you move through the holiday season.

In this class, we explore the traditional set sequence of Ashtanga
yoga in an accessible way, helping you build strength, flexibility, and a
regulated nervous system. You'll discover how each posture supports
both the body and mind as you learn to connect breath, movement,
and focus.
This trauma-sensitive space offers a balance of strength and softness,
guiding you to work with your breath, move with intention, and
understand yourself more deeply. A grounding introduction to the
powerful practice of Ashtanga yoga, designed to leave you feeling
clear, focused, and empowered.

This is a 75min class!

🧘 Beginner Yoga

This class offers a slow and mindful connection of breath and
movement, making it an inviting place for beginners. Or anyone
wanting to refine their practice. Together, we’ll learn proper alignment
in foundational poses so you can feel confident both on and off the
mat.
We’ll explore body awareness and breathwork while building stability,
flexibility, and trust at your own pace. This is a trauma-sensitive,
judgment-free space designed to help you feel supported as you grow.
Beginner Yoga is a safe place to be curious, to listen to your body, and
to discover what yoga has to offer—one breath, one pose, one
moment at a time.

This is a 60min class.

🧘 Yin Yoga (Gentle and Healing)

This class offers a very gentle approach to yoga with a somatic focus,
inviting you to explore how each movement feels in the body to
release tension and restore balance. We use props and spend more
time in each pose, allowing the nervous system to settle and the body
to soften.
This trauma-sensitive space emphasizes safety, trust, and nervous
system regulation. It’s an opportunity to move with care, reconnect
with yourself, and leave feeling calmer, grounded, and supported.

Sea glass is formed when people discard bottles and broken pieces of glass, and the ocean and the sand below work on it, by tossing it to and fro. After a time, those pieces become beautiful, smooth stones. We are a self-care center that provides an opportunity for people in our community to make time for themselves in healthy ways.
