The weekend has been a blur.
5:30 am wake up for a 24 hr shift. The Dawgs got the W❤️🖤 Delivered a couple of babies. Slept for a few hours. Came home and ran 15 miles. Time for coffee and more football!

Long week..
Getting back in the running groove but still trying to keep the strength game going.
Been running at least 1 mile every day since June 1st.
Feeling the burn but staying strong.
