Our staff along with our community partners Coweta County Quilts of Valor - Georgia had the privilege of honoring Mr. Carl with a pinning ceremony and the presentation of a Quilt of Valor for his service in the U.S. Army. Mr. Carl, who served during the Cold War, was a "tanker" stationed in Germany at the Russian border.
