🔥 Heat or ❄️ Ice?
One of the most common questions we get is: “Should I use heat or ice for my pain?”

👉 Ice = Best for new injuries, swelling, or inflammation (think sprains, strains, or sudden pain).
👉 Heat = Best for muscle tension, stiffness, and chronic aches (like tight shoulders or sore backs).

💡 Rule of thumb:

Ice = “Numb it” 🧊

Heat = “Relax it” 🔥
