Dr. Spray is a postdoctoral psychological assistant (PSB-94024787) working under the supervision of Dr. Jason Dorin, PsyD (PSY-27470). She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of California – San Diego (UCSD), Master of Arts in Psychology, and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology (Health track) at the California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University – San Diego.
Dr. Spray completed her APA-Accredited pre-doctoral internship in community mental health at Four County Counseling Center in Indiana as part of the Heart of America Psychology Internship Program. She then completed a two-year pediatric psychology fellowship at Children’s Hospital New Orleans where she worked on the consultation-liaison service, in multidisciplinary medical clinics, provided outpatient treatment, and conducted comprehensive psychological evaluations.
Dr. Spray specializes in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. She has experience in outpatient, inpatient, residential, school-based, multidisciplinary medical clinics, inpatient medical settings, and private practice. Her approach to treatment is primarily cognitive behavioral integrating evidenced-based cognitive behavioral interventions, solution-focused, family-systems, and mindfulness based approaches. Dr. Spray specializes in treating individuals with anxiety, mood disorders, patients coping with medical conditions, behavior management training for parents, trauma, and comprehensive psychological evaluations.
