We are not providers for any insurance plan. We will provide you with a billing summary which indicates dates, services, and the fees paid, if you would like to try to submit to your insurance. Our assessment services are provided at $275 / hour with most psychoeducational evaluations requiring 18-20 hours of service

Our Expert Witness Consultation services are pro

vided at $375/hour and a retainer is required to hold hearing dates. Cancellation Policy: To cancel a scheduled appointment, a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your session is required. If prior and timely notification is not given, you will be charged the full session fee for the missed session. T H E R A P Y R A T E & I N S U R A N C E

We provide Individual Therapy services at $250/50 minute session
We are not providers for any insurance plan. If you would like to work with your insurance, your insurance may provide some reimbursement. To help, we can provide a monthly superbill that you may submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Cancellation Policy: To cancel a scheduled appointment, a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your session is required.
