MEET ELIZABETH✨🌿🤍

Elizabeth’s journey in movement began with dance at age 5– a passion that led her to earn a degree in dance performance from Oral Roberts University and pursue a career in ballet. It was through this path that she discovered Pilates, finding a strong connection in its emphasis on precision, artistry, and the powerful mind-body connection. 🩰

Certified through BASI Pilates, she is excited to bring her extensive experience in teaching dance to her Pilates instruction, sharing her passion for movement with the community.💪
