I consider working with my clients all over southern California to be an absolute privilege, and I feel so honored to help them take their next steps in life and move towards their dreams.
Prior to working as a therapist, I spent many years raising my kids and serving the community as a social worker. While those things were incredibly fulfilling, it wasn’t until I faced cancer, became a heart/lung patient and lost my health that I really did GET IT.
My family had to be helped by a host of professionals, family members and friends because we couldn’t make it on our own. That was when I learned the power of the Tribe. Our Tribe was a symphony of support around us. Now I work in service to you, as part of your Tribe, to walk with you through your struggle and see you emerge better, stronger and more alive on the other side. Just like I did. Even if it takes a long time.
