This is for women who are used to being the strong one.

Women who:

carry responsibility that doesn’t clock out

make decisions others rely on

hold families, companies, and systems together

are depended on more than they are relieved

learned early that competence equals safety

Strength protected you.
Competence kept things from falling apart.

So when intimacy goes quiet, the explanation is often practical:
This is stress. This is age. This is a season. This is just how it goes.

But before we blame desire, we need to look at environment.

Because desire doesn’t disappear in a vacuum.
It responds to the conditions we live inside.
