19 years later, I finally strapped on skis again… and wow, what took me so long? 😅❄️
Challenging yourself—whether it’s picking up an old passion or trying something completely new—is one of the best gifts you can give your body and mind. That healthy stress (hello, eustress!) lights up your nervous system, strengthens your heart, and does wonders for your emotional resilience. The rush, the focus, the little victories on the slope… it all adds up to feeling truly alive.
