Loose skin after pregnancy or weight loss is incredibly common, and it’s something I talk about with patients all the time!

While diet and exercise are amazing for overall health and muscle tone, they unfortunately can’t tighten stretched skin. In many cases, surgery is the most effective way to remove that excess skin and truly restore contour.
