63 GOING ON 43. Look at that jawline!!

Sherry (63) is 6 weeks out from rejuvenation. Incisions are still healing, but the progress each week is incredible.

This was a challenging case with enophthalmic (sunken in), shadowed eyes without enough fat behind the upper or lower eyelids to reposition. We performed meticulous fat grafting around the orbit and beneath the brow to rejuvenate her eyes. The combination of microfat (deep, structural) and nanofat (superficial, stem cell regeneration) helped soften and brighten her eyes to reverse the effects of aging.

We look forward to a Fractional CO2 laser next month to put the icing on the cake!

Male Upper Blepharoplasty

This gentleman presented with functional and cosmetic concerns regarding his upper eyelids. His eyelids were heavy and starting to block his vision. This especially affected him with night driving and reading. He also felt his eyes were starting to appear tired.

I performed an Upper in the office, under local anesthesia. He had minimal bruising which cleared within 1 week. By 6 weeks, the eyelid scars were undetectable. He has improved vision with a natural aesthetic.

As a corporate flight attendant with long work hours, she wanted to look refreshed. Our job was to help her eyes match her bright and radiant energy 🤩

We FINALLY caught up with our stunning patient who underwent an Upper Blepharoplasty 15 months ago! As early as her mid-20s, Janell was bothered by heavy upper eyelids. I performed an upper blepharoplasty in the office under local anesthesia. Recovery was relatively quick and painless. She loves the way her eyes look with eye shadow, in photos and most of all in person - elegant and natural.

👁️ Janell’s lashes in the ‘After’ videos do mask her beautiful eyelid crease, but take note of the improved upper eyelid fullness and excess skin in the side-by-side comparison, especially the quarter-angle views!
