AND ALAR MALPOSITION
Check out this absolutely amazing result! This patient is 2 years postop from a primary to improve her tip shape.
The cartilage in the tip of the nose should ideally have an axis that points towards the outer part of the eye. Sometimes patients have cartilage that is verticalized and points up towards the root of the . This gives a certain appearance to the nose and traditional rhinoplasty techniques don’t work to correct this.
The tip was stabilized in the midline, and the cartilages were repositioned and strengthened to give an elegant and contour. You can see that the nostril shape is much better and she has a looking nose.
Congratulations to this patient and I want to thank her for coming back after 2 years for me to see her.
