Let me reintroduce myself! My name is Dr. Lisa Parissi. I am a chiropractor who has made it her life’s mission to help people age smarter through posture correction and cutting edge technologies.
I turn 48 in a few days. Yes 48. That’s a quick breath and I’ll be 50. I hear constantly how young I look. People ask me how I do it.
I live what I preach. I do my corrective tractions. I do our Morpheus8, Trilift & more. I am my own avatar. I believe in the treatments at Wellness Choice because I curated them for myself, first and foremost. They clearly work.
You see, I watched what it is like to see a loved one suffer due to the broken “sick”care model. My father took every drug, did every procedure, trusted his doctors in white coats implicitly. He had a failing liver and failing kidneys, a quadruple bypass and 4 failed back surgeries. He had a massive stroke after a doctor decided to postpone his routine procedure thus keeping him off his blood thinner. He never spoke more than 5 words again, never walked again. He lay in a bed for 2.5 years, unable to communicate outside of “I love you, yes, no and basketball” (he was a coach). If I had only been a doctor then knowing what I know now, his fate could have been avoided. The years of needless suffering.
It is his suffering that drives me today to show people that there is a better way to age. That vitality into our later years is possible by making choices now that affect our future health. That being proactive versus reactive is the key to longevity. And that the foundation of it all is having a strong biomechanical posture which allows for our nervous system to work more efficiently and allow our body to heal itself.
Posture correction is the ultimate biohack, the key to antiaging. A strong posture is the secret to aging well.
Hippocrates is the father of modern medicine. He famously said, “look well to the spine as the cause of all disease.” You see, Hippocrates was a bone setter. An old school chiropractor. Somehow our allopathic model took what he said and made it about drugs. But he was preaching modern day chiropractic philosophy back then.
Do you want to look and feel younger? Fix your posture.
