Last week, I had the pleasure of hosting a meditation workshop at 🧘☯️🌿

I started by sharing the fundamentals of mindfulness and my favorite meditation techniques, followed by guiding participants through a Spring-inspired meditation. We also took time to journal and share experiences over cups of herbal tea. A heartfelt thanks to and .riemann.wellness for welcoming me into your beautiful studio and introducing me to your wonderful clients.

Meditation has so many benefits, especially for athletes πŸˆπŸ† I have had the privilege of working with Xavion through private meditation sessions. We are developing his meditation practice so as an athlete he will be mentally prepared to perform at his highest level. Through his meditation practice some of the benefits he will receive are enhanced focus and concentration, emotional regulation during high pressure situations, and a stronger mind-body connection to help prevent injuries and shorten recovery time

Happy Monday ✨ There is something incredibly special about hosting my weekly group classes here in my studio. It has been a journey making this studio into what it is today, and I have found this to be my favorite place to unwind, gather my thoughts, and also meditate.
