Lunch date with my two main medical assistants 🥳 so grateful for them! They help me see patients — do skin checks, treat skin cancers, rashes, acne, set up for chemical peels and cosmetic procedures, while simultaneously they chart everything and work with pharmacies to get medications approved! They are the best!! ❤️❤️

Happy May 1st!! Live and learn — here are some of the things I’ve learned 👇🏻👇🏻

🫣 No tanning —> use self tanners instead
🫣 Fries was a staple every day lunch, no greens —> eat a balanced diet with greens, fruit
🫣 Not stretching & poor posture —> posture and ergonomics is so important because back pain is no fun!
🫣 Sunscreen only when at the beach or hiking —> apply sunscreen every day
🫣 Sugar drinks to stay awake studying —> switch to water. I try to drink 5 of these Hydroflask a day

I’m not perfect, but I’m always open to learning! Wishing you all the best!
