Think of Salt as ELECTROLYTES.
Another LIE they have told you is that salt is responsible for heart issues, high blood pressure.
Processed CARBOHYDRATES are what's responsible for high blood pressure due to the inflammation, high blood sugar, being sandpaper to your arteries.
Another LIE you've been told is that sports drinks are electrolytes. They are actually pure SUGAR water worse than drinking SODA. The sugar creates high blood sugar, inflammation, and sandpaper to your arteries effect.
Your water retention is also mainly coming from those PROCESSED CARBS too. Each gram of carbs pulls up to 4g water with it into cells.
And most of you have diets that are like 300+ grams of carbs per day which is why you're fluffy and jiggly. It's not because of salt it's your garbage carby diet. On top of the actual inflammation itself from these garbage carbs also making you retain even more water and look puffy.
