I joined a meal prep program this year because I realized something uncomfortable:
just because I can do something myself doesn’t mean I’m doing it well.

I’m not a nutritionist, and I wasn’t feeding myself in a way that actually supported my body.

It made me think about how often we do this in other areas too.
You can wash your face and use products, but still feel like your skin never looks or feels right.
You can stretch, use oils, or a massage gun, but still live with constant tension.

DIY isn’t bad. Google isn’t bad. Even ChatGPT isn’t bad.
But sometimes it keeps us stuck trying to figure everything out on our own.

Getting help isn’t a failure.
