Dr. James Rosing is board certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery as well as the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Rosing is an active member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) as well as the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS). Dr. Rosing participates in Maintenance of Certification (MOC) in plastic surgery. His practice consists of aesthetic surgery of the face, breast, and body as well as Mohs reconstruction. His education and surgical training background is extensive.
Dr. Rosing graduated from the Keck School of Medicine of USC where he was recognized as a Graduate with Highest Distinction. His training included complete general surgery residency at Stanford University Hospital, followed by plastic and reconstructive surgery fellowship at University of California, Davis. Dr. Rosing has authored and published surgical textbook chapters as well as several peer reviewed scientific articles. Dr Rosing is double board certified by the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He lives in Newport Beach with his wife and 4 children.

Her experience in the medical industry is invaluable. Her creativity, entrepreneurial and leadership skills, as well as her extensive history working in the medical industry have greatly contributed to the expansion and success of Rosing Plastic Surgery. April coordinates all patient related functions, business operations, public relations, and sales and marketing efforts. Morgan has worked in the fashion & beauty industry for over 7 years. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals by being a warm and caring patient advocate. As Patient Manager and Surgery Coordinator, she serves as a personal contact for potential patients interested in plastic surgery, and works with the front desk in streamlining the consultation process. Morgan focuses on building relationships with prospective patients during the provider selection process. Leah has worked in the interior design industry as well as in real estate entitlement over the past 8 years and holds a bachelor of arts from Southern Methodist University in public relations. She was solely responsible for lead generation, sales, and client services. Leah has extensive experience in local networking, social media, and account management. She thrives in a multi-tasking environment which results in the ability to deal successfully with the demands of a busy and diverse patient base. Leah possesses strong communication skills, a calm and pleasant demeanor, and an innate ability to be warm and compassionate. At Rosing Plastic Surgery, Leah is responsible for greeting and registering patients in the facility as well as verifying correctness of patient demographic and privacy information.
