The BioSpa medical spa in Newport Beach is the sister practice to the well-known Pacific Center for Plastic Surgery. Both are owned and operated by two of Southern California’s top board-certified plastic surgeons, Dr. Jed Horowitz and Dr. Larry Nichter.
