Many of us have Muscles that become tight/spasms and this leads to Pelvic misalignment or compression . Over time this imbalance will degrade the Femoral Acetabular Joint / Hip Joint.

➡️ Begin with gentle pressure around skull area. Don’t over-do this.

➡️ Search for any areas that cause referred pains that transfer to teeth or head areas.

➡️ Remember to breathe deeply during treatment.

Be careful when treating the tissues in these areas as they can be very sensitive and have many hidden trigger points.

Always speak with your physician first before using these techniques.

This is the question.

Most individuals assume they have a hunchback/Kyphosis thoracic mid back issue. But this diagnosis can be completely incorrect and really what you are seeing is upper thoracic & cervical forward posture.

No amount of foam rolling this are will improve your spine and can cause more symptoms.

Instead work on improving your mid back curve through correct breathing exercises and diaphragm activity.

▶️ Focus on drawing air back back into posterior back of upper lungs.

Deep tissue release on anterior tissues and trigger point work help enable these tissues to function properly.

These postural pictures are from years ago before cellphones and functional computer programs were able to assist with evaluating postures.

I remember setting up my little posture grid and dropping an actual plumb-line from the ceiling of my office. Then I would break out my old 35mm camera 📷 take a few pictures and wait about a week to get them developed. Wow these days it so much easier but I did learn a lot through this process.
