Starting June 1st, you will find us at

3134 Airway Ave
Costa Mesa, 92626

It is just a 2 mile drive from our current location.

What to expect at the new location:
▪️All existing appointments and packages transfer automatically
▪️Your treatment plan and clinical history move with you
▪️Sauna and cold plunge (available as add ons to your treatment plan)
▪️A larger space to accommodate our growing community
▪️Less noise pollution
▪️Scheduling and intake remain the same

Our new space is shared with Dr. Rex Butler of Telos Method. He is certified in both SOMATherapy and SOMATraining and aligns with our values of prioritizing patient embodiment. Our new location is built on the spirit of Guy Voyer’s paradigm, focusing on osteopathy and precise rehabilitation programming.

We are forever committed to empowering our patients in learning the exercises to change their physiology and thus, their outcomes. This space will allow us to support movement over table time in each person’s unique case. We will be operating independently within the space, continuing all current services under Dr. Amstutz and the LINKPro team.

We look forward to continuing to work with you and to keeping your fascia fluidic.

Deep Gratitude for You,

Dr. Jason Amstutz, Max, Nicolette, Sara, and Jenna

Familiar faces, new students, and two days of education. This weekend reminded us why we teach SomaTherapy and SomaTraining.

Shoulder function, especially overhead and throwing mechanics, cannot be assessed or trained in isolation. The pelvis is the origin. The trunk and ribcage are the conduit. That was the framework for day one.

Sunday went deeper into the structure itself. Dr. Amstutz walked through the five joints of the shoulder complex and the anatomical relationships that make it a girdle. Assessment centered on fluidics and capsular elasticity, with specific attention to the inferior capsule and the frenulum capsulae. If you are not accounting for capsular tension and fluidity in your shoulder assessment, you are working with incomplete information.

Bryce ( ) addressed the most consistent gaps in shoulder rehab and performance. The serratus anterior is undertested and undertrained. Angle variation matters. Most clinicians are not accounting for either.

Thank you to everyone who showed up in person and on Zoom. The questions were thoughtful, the work was real, and we are grateful for all of you!
