Where your mind goes in time has a powerful impact on how you feel. 💭
When your thoughts stay in the past, it’s easy to get stuck replaying moments or holding on to things that fuel anger and sadness. When your mind jumps ahead to the future, it often fills in the blanks with stress and anxiety.
It’s something we all deal with, and our kids feel it too.
