🦋👃🏻 A crooked nose can throw off the entire face✨🦋

💎In this case, the nose had a slight curve, a dorsal bump, and a bulbous tip that drew attention away from her other features. From certain angles, the bump appeared more pronounced, and the tip projected a little farther than she liked.

🔹The goal was to straighten the nose, refine the tip, and soften the profile while keeping everything natural and feminine — not over-rotated or artificial.

🧑🏻‍⚕️ During the surgery, Dr. Sepehr straightened the bridge and precisely defined the nose. The tip now has a delicate diamond shape, with a soft feminine curve matching the upper lip, and the nostrils are narrower and more balanced. 🔥Nose Bros 2🔥

🧔🏻Masculine rhinoplasty requires a very different approach🧑🏻‍⚕️

🦋This patient had a strong face, but the nose was quite broad and the deep radix created a shadow between the forehead and nose that unintentionally gave him a stern and angry look. At the same time, the nose itself was quite broad, with wide nostrils and a lack of definition through the tip. He also had a septal deviation that made breathing more problematic. The goal wasn’t to make the nose smaller or softer—it was to create better structure and proportion while maintaining masculine features. 🦋

🩵🧑🏻‍⚕️By building up the radix with grafts for a smoother forehead transition, narrowing the nasal bridge and nostrils, and refining the tip support, the nose now looks stronger, more defined, and much more balanced with the rest of his face.

Male rhinoplasty is especially delicate—too much refinement can feminize the nose. The key is preserving strength while improving harmony. 💫

✨ Male Revision Rhinoplasty

🦋This patient came in seeking correction after a rhinoplasty performed many years ago in Korea using an implant. Over time, the nose lost structural support and took on a softer appearance, with noticeable asymmetry and deviation that affected both form and function.🦋

🧑🏻‍⚕️During revision surgery, the implant was removed and the nasal framework was reconstructed using Donor Rib Cartilage as graft material. The bridge was rebuilt with strength and stability, the rotation adjusted for a more masculine proportion, and the nose carefully straightened to restore symmetry from every angle. Contours were refined and balance was re-established without sharp edges or artificial lines 👃🏻

After a prior septorhinoplasty and chin augmentation with another surgeon, careful planning was essential to address both form and function without changing her identity and creating a new face 🦋

👃🏻Her nasal septum was significantly deviated, contributing to daily symptoms, while subtle irregularities and asymmetry affected the smoothness of her nasal contours. Through conservative refinement, the nose was straightened, softened, and balanced—maintaining her preferred projection and rotation while correcting the functional issues and creating a more natural flow of her features 🧑🏻‍⚕️
