What does recovery really look like after a deep plane face + neck lift?

Here’s the honest breakdown 👇

Days 1–3: Swelling, bruising, and some discomfort—this is the toughest part.
By Day 7: You feel great, but still look swollen and bruised.
Week 2: Most of the distortion is gone. A little swelling and a few bruises remain—we treat them with Vbeam laser.
Week 3: You’re nearly there. Just a bit of redness at the incision sites (easily hidden). Ready to take on the world. 💫

Our gorgeous patient is back for an upper blepharoplasty and facial fat transfer ✨⁠

What’s exciting is that we did a CO2 laser treatment six months ago, and as we reviewed her photos, we were amazed at the improvement—smoother lower lids, refined upper lip, and softened lines through the cheeks.⁠

Today, we’re focusing on restoring a bit of volume using fat transfer (harvested from the thighs—yes, even our lean patients have a little to spare!) to enhance facial contours.⁠
