3 Ways to Train Smart and Help Prevent Injury
1. Warm up with intention
A quick stretch isn’t always enough. A proper warm-up helps prepare your muscles, joints, and nervous system for movement.

Strength is important, but so is control. Mobility and stability work together to protect your joints and support better performance.
3. Don’t push through sharp pain
