My resistance to summer winding down is always big πŸ€£β€¦ nothing is better then long beach days , sandy bodies , ocean swims, late dinners, movie nights, friends and family, and warm bodies snuggled up close . Today was the first day of school for our big girl . She did so well and loved her class. The best part though was picking her back up at the end of the day and running out to the beach . We are so lucky we live here πŸ’œπŸ₯°

This second round of pregnancy feels so fast and slow all at the same time. I feel good, I feel strong, but definitely a bit more tired. When I was preggo with Inez I came home to Grizz and Maya and took naps whenever I wanted 😜, now I come home to Inez who wants to play and wants endless cuddles. Happy to be her momma, just a bit fatigued while I do it lol πŸ€ͺ

Things we will cover this weekend:
-A 90 minute workshop going over the fundamentals of holistic nutrition for each stage of pregnancy , including postpartum and breastfeeding.Β 
-Recipes and guides for healthy eating during this unique time
-Tips on making each meal count for nutrient density
-Evidence-based research and guidelines for nutrient intake, supplements, blood work, and common diagnoses during pregnancy
-Tips and guides for physical changes of the body during the different stages of pregnancy and postpartum with example exercises to prevent common diagnoses like diastasis, prolapses, and low back pain.
Who wants to join me ? Send me a DM with your email for an intake form. Hosted at the beautiful studio in Newport Beach at 10 am.
