Dr.Gilda Gilak Gilda Gilak DC, MS is a Board Certified Chiropractic physician and physiotherapist in state of California, witha Masters' degree in Human Nutrition.

My introduction to chiropractic while at school has taught me that Chiropractic is a way of life, the every day choices you make how to treat your body. Making conscious decision how and what to eat, how to move( exercise) and how to live your life mindfully.
