Healthzone Physical therapy and training offers specific care tailored to meet each individuals needs and desires. Physical therapy is one on one with group exercise classes soon to be available, community education classes offered, strength training, and cardio training. Physical therapy includes treatment of injuries and injury prevention through hands on techniques, exercise and modalities as needed, and education for the patient to understand problem and be active in their own goals setting. Darci Tharp, MPT, has had over 25 years experience with work comp injuries, MVA injuries, post surgical, weekend warriors, athletes from junior high to Olympic levels (including helping team doctors with 2012 Gold Medal Olympic Women's Water Polo Players). We have a strong background in preventative education, posture. We desire to get patients involved in their own recovery posture/body mechanics awareness.
