Living with an enlarged prostate doesn’t always mean surgery. Prostate Artery Embolization (PAE) is a minimally invasive option that can shrink the prostate, improve symptoms, and help men get back to living without long recovery times.

In this week’s episode of the Rena Malik, MD Podcast, I sat down with Dr. Aaron Fischman, a leading expert in interventional radiology, to break down exactly how PAE works, what recovery looks like, and who may benefit most.

🚨 **Important Update** 🚨

Hey everyone, I need to address something serious. It’s been brought to my attention that someone on Facebook is pretending to be me and trying to conduct business under my name. 😡 They’re even using my medical license to appear credible.

Let me be super clear: **I do NOT conduct any business on social media.** If you want to book an appointment with me, the ONLY way to do so is through my official website: 👉 www.renamalikmd.com/appointments

If you’re not booking through my website, you’re not dealing with me. These imposters are scamming people and taking their money, and I’m so sorry this is happening. 💔

We get calls about this kind of thing every day, and it’s heartbreaking. Please stay vigilant, and if you come across anything suspicious, report it immediately. Thank you for your understanding and support! 🙏

Stay safe,
Dr. Rena Malik

A new study just delivered a major breakthrough for men struggling with premature ej*******on: adding diaphragmatic breathing (“belly breathing”) to pelvic floor muscle training and behavioral therapy can dramatically increase sexual endurance.

Researchers split 62 men with premature ej*******on into two groups. Both did standard pelvic floor exercises and behavioral therapy—but one group added deep belly breathing twice a day.

The results? After 8 weeks, the breathing group boosted their time-to-ej*******on from just 30 seconds up to 302 seconds—that’s a staggering 900% improvement, and over a minute longer than the control group.

Here’s the lowdown:
Pelvic floor training and behavioral techniques help with ejaculatory control.
Diaphragmatic breathing lowers stress, improves control over your nervous system, and strengthens pelvic muscles
The combo led to major gains in sexual endurance, pelvic strength, and even nervous system balance

And the best part: This method is drug-free, takes just minutes a day, and you can start practicing at home. Research like this is changing what we know about sexual health—and it’s giving men new tools to confidently last longer in bed.

Pass this along to someone who may need these insights!
