This gentle yoga class is for EVERYBODY! In this class we go through a variety of poses that focus on strength and alignment for the mind, body and soul followed by a beautiful sound bath.

✨Where: The Zen Den, 714 Adams Ave. Unit #203 in Huntington Beach
✨Cost: Donation-based

Thank you ladies for joining me for our FIRST yoga of the new year! I appreciate you coming out even when it’s cold to breathe, connect and move your bodies.🙏

Tomorrow is Thursday, which means Gentle Yoga in the Park! 🧘

Yoga offers a safe and accessible way to build muscles and bones as well as increase a sense of peace and calm. 🙏 Join me at 9am for some gentle movement and breathwork! EVERY BODY is welcome! Don't forget to dress in layers.

🌳Location: Lake Park (11th St. + Lake St.) in Huntington Beach (by the log cabin and recreation building)

No is a powerful word and allows us time to take control of our life! No to something you don’t want, opens the door for opportunities you do want. You can always say no and change your mind. Remember, when you say no and set a boundary, you never have to explain yourself!

January ❄️ Yoga Class Schedule

Yoga is so beneficial for your mind and body, especially during the colder winter months, even if you only do yoga once a week. Yoga is a great way to honor your body's need for warmth and allows you to turn inward. Moving your body helps improve your circulation, reduces stress, releases endorphins and protects against stiff joints and muscles.

So start the New Year off right and join me for yoga this month! Bring your yoga mat, water bottle, beach towel/blanket and a jacket. Don't forget to bring a friend!🧘
