I primarily work from Rogerian, client-centered, and psychodynamic orientations; however, I also incorporate cognitive-behavioral, systems, and existential approaches to therapy on an as needed basis. I specialize in treating addictions and have an expansive knowledge of the 12-step model. Psychotherapy sessions available in French.

In numerology, the number 15 is often associated with a life path emphasising personal growth, transformation, and pursuing meaningful goals.
I’m incredibly grateful for the transformation that 15 years of sobriety has brought to my life.
The clarity, strength, and peace I’ve gained are immeasurable, and I’m thankful every day for the journey that has led me here. Sobriety has given me a second chance and made me a better version of myself.

Checking in from Rio de Janeiro….I’m celebrating 14 years of recovery! I continue to be amazed at how wonderful my life is in sobriety. 14 years ago I was disintegrating physically, mentally, and emotionally. Today I am grateful for my marriage, my family, my friends, my colleagues, my health, my faith, and being hopeful for the future.
Today I am able to be of service to others.
Today - I Love my life!
