Not all eyelid heaviness comes from the lids themselves.

This patient’s hooding was mainly caused by brow descent, so we planned a conservative upper bleph paired with a subtle temporal brow lift to restore support and open the eyes safely and naturally.

This patient came in with concerns about a prominent nasal hump, a drooping and unsupported tip, and a nose that felt too long and projected. The curvature of the bridge and excess nostril show added to the heavy appearance, and she also experienced breathing difficulty and frequent congestion.

Two and a half months after surgery and her nose is already settling beautifully.
