Fuji apples sprinkled with cinnamon dipped in chocolate hummus! Next time going to try strawberries or dried banana chips for a crunch!

Go to cafe to satisfy everyone’s weekend brunch cravings! While you wait for the patio garden table (a must on a nice day, so everyday you’re in sunny SoCal 😉) enjoy the freshly roasted coffee ☕️ of the day! If you’re local bring your own mug to store in the cafe. ⁣

Think tofu scramble breakfast tacos or bueno bowl for my vegans. Easy subs to modify almost any dish to make 🌱 friendly with their vegan sausage or bacon and soyrizo tofu eggs. Sunrise Sandwhich or French toast on the freshly made bread or surfers 🏄🏼‍♀️ burrito for the non-vegan crew you’ll leave completely satisfied! ⁣

Our go to coffee drink for over a decade has been the iced chai tea latte with almond milk, 1/2 chai, 1/2 vanilla (note chai has small traces of dairy cuz sometimes you just have to have your college favorites!) ⁣

1️⃣ Eggless Tofu Soyrizo Scramble ::⁣ green onions, red bell pepper, mushrooms, spinach and vegan/GF soyrizo tofu, served with avocado, corn tortillas, salsa 💃🏼 ⁣

2️⃣ Bueno Bowl :: tortilla chips, black beans, potatoes, veg bacon or sausage, salsa, avocado - to make vegan no cheese or sour cream sub soyrizo tofu for scrambled eggs ⁣

3️⃣ Sunrise Sandwich :: subs to make vegan - no cheese, soyrizo tofu, veg bacon or sausage. Served with freshly made toast, tomato, avocado & side of fresh fruit.

Christmas is .. Sharing a delicious home cooked meal with family! This year we cooked a completely vegan dinner, with a little flavor from around the globe. Dad & Brother approved! You know it’s good when brother wants you to make the Nachos again! My girl for the inspiration! ⁣💛🎄❤️

Holiday break taco tour kicks off celebrating 28th bday! 🥳 watching has him indulging on some plant 🌱 power foods! The “game changer” scene was the male performance or lack there of with meat eaters vs vegans 😉 lol we all have our own reasons to incorporate a few more plant fueled meals into our week!⁣ what’s yours?

We enjoyed the veggie burrito, potato & black bean taco 🥔 🌮 and tofu & corn 🌽 🌮 were all on point! Delicious! Can’t beat those CA avocados - doing the guac thang soo right! 🥑 🙌🏼⁣

Taking the team out for holiday lunch doesn’t mean you have to sacrifice the plant life! We loved their simple salads and veggie burger for us and heaps of sandwiches, burgers and flatbreads for the meat eaters of the crew! ⁣

Finally ☀️ in NYC! We got adventurous and took a field trip to JC to check out those Manhattan skylines and cocktails at Hyatt House and vegan pizza at ! Porta is great for groups, vibe is super low key, loved the bar area, a bit pricey for what it is but love when a restaurant gives us vegan options on the menu & don’t have to modify! ⁣
