One of the most popular health conditions we treat is back pain. Upper back, mid back, low back, even sciatica. Back pain may feel sharp, stabbing, achy, shooting/electric, or dull.

Simple ways to prevent low back pain:
⛄️ keep a flat back when bending forward and bend from your hips
⛄️ use your knees to get lower and squat if possible (helps support the back)
⛄️ stick your rear back slightly with sitting and slightly arch your low back (can use pillow support)
⛄️ after sitting, stretch the front of the hip (moving your body in the opposite position) by going into a lunge
