You’re doing everything right, like working out, avoiding gluten, maybe even fasting… but the scale just won’t budge. 😣
You’re not alone. I get calls and DMs like this every week.

After 12+ years helping women lose weight and restore their health, I can tell you this:

A gentle reminder to let’s get back to nature. Regenerative farming, real whole foods, sunlight, breathwork, and quality sleep, are the foundations of true health. If health is a priority, this is where our focus should be. 🌿

What we’ve been doing isn’t working. As a nation, we’re sicker than ever with rising disease, obesity, and mental illness prove that. It all starts with what we put into our bodies.

So what can you do? Keep it simple. Prioritize sleep, water, fruits and vegetables, quality proteins, and healthy fats. Stay away from the things that disrupt your health, both physically and mentally. That means having a curfew for our phones. Small daily choices lead to lifelong wellness.

What’s one thing you’d like to work on with your health? Say it loud and proud. Set your intention. For me, it’s putting my phone away at night, and reading instead. ☺️😬

High cholesterol isn’t just bad news, it’s your body’s way of waving a red flag. 🚩 Here’s what could be driving it:

🛢️Diet – Low fiber diet, seed oils, + processed fats = higher LDL. Alcohol spikes triglycerides and stresses your liver.
🛋️ Inactivity – Skipping movement lowers HDL (the good guy) and slows LDL cleanup.
🥑HDL - is the good healthy fats.
🍷 Alcohol’s Impact – Chronic drinking depletes niacin (a key nutrient for healthy cholesterol) and overworks your liver.

One of my favorite things to do on vacation is snap pictures of the local food, and this shot is from a past trip to Paris! 🇫🇷 One thing I loved was how even at casual spots or tourist attractions, they’d serve salads with a little bottle of extra virgin olive oil… so simple, yet so fresh and healthy. It’s amazing how much they prioritize wholesome food!
