We are a post surgery recovery house located in the heart of Laguna Beach. We are currently seeking a motivated individual with a medical background to work per diem. Must be able to work independently and with other medical professionals to provide quality health care to patients. This position will be for the hours of 9:00 pm-9:00 am for 2-3 days a week.

Salary D.O.E and qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma
Current LVN license
CPR and First aid Certified
Drivers License

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow Surgeons instructions on surgery aftercare, medication management, etc.
Monitor patients vital signs.
Document and report on patient status to team members.
Assist patients with self-administered medications.
Assist patients with personal hygiene.
Surgery Post-Op Care (emptying JP drains, removing JP drains, medication management, changing dressings, IV's, catheters, etc)
Light housekeeping
Prep meals
