Happy Holidays!!

Yesterday I sent out my final newsletter for 2025 on Substack — what brings me joy, what I’m opting in and out of this holiday season… baking Greek treats with my mom and niece was my highlight. 🥰

Trying news things is fun, but it also can be a HUGE challenge.

This book has been tough. I’ve really had to dig deep. Not only to simply sit and write, but to go through my story, again and again and again, revisiting pain, fear, frustration, triumph, love, loss, hope, and so much more — it’s been a journey!! 😅

But thanks to my people, I’ve been able to “keep on, keepin’ on” and my efforts are finally starting to take shape.

Daily, I remind myself it’s not about the outcome, but all about the process — which has been super cathartic, though deeply challenging at times.

BUT, we can do hard things, especially with the help from our people.

And, I’m doing it. One page at a time.

Thank you to all of you that keep cheering me on, the finish line doesn’t feel so far away now. 🫶

DETAILS — it’s what private sessions are for. If you’re not getting the details, move on.

You can see (2nd slide is easier to see) it looks like Kelly’s right shoulder is lifted when in fact, it’s actually her left side that is shortened… maybe her right is slightly lifted, but it’s not the issue. She’s lifted on the R because her R side is over working… common in ALL bodies.

On the second slide we focus specifically on the posture of the movement and you can see how she feels it on her own. 🫶✅

As she breathes, notice how her shoulders even out and I don’t even have to cue the right side. is doing an excellent job, per usual, this is way harder than it seems. 😅😅😅
