You can see (2nd slide is easier to see) it looks like Kelly’s right shoulder is lifted when in fact, it’s actually her left side that is shortened… maybe her right is slightly lifted, but it’s not the issue. She’s lifted on the R because her R side is over working… common in ALL bodies.
On the second slide we focus specifically on the posture of the movement and you can see how she feels it on her own. 🫶✅
As she breathes, notice how her shoulders even out and I don’t even have to cue the right side. is doing an excellent job, per usual, this is way harder than it seems. 😅😅😅
