🥴 Bloating, indigestion, heartburn, brain fog, skin issues,mood swings, weight loss problems, constipation, depression, anxiety, and fatigue are all signs of INFLAMMATION, they’re NOT normal and shouldn’t be ignored.

👨🍳Here’s how you make it:
1️⃣Place onion, celery, sweet potato, split peas, and bay leaves in a large pot with water or stock and bring to a boil.
2️⃣Lower the heat, cover, and simmer for 1 hour. Remove the bay leaves.
2️⃣Add zucchini, asparagus, broccoli, spinach, basil, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to the pot and simmer for 20 minutes.
4️⃣Transfer contents from the pot to a blender in several small batches and blend until completely smooth (make sure the blender lid is securely held in place).
5️⃣Return to the pot and heat until steamy. Add sea salt to taste.
This recipe is one of my favorite ways to restore and detox my gut…ESPECIALLY after the holidays. 😋
