They told us eggs “raise cholesterol”🥚🚫
Yeah right! 🙄
I’m loving this new article from saying what we knew all along. 👀
📚 In the study:
🥚 Weekly egg intake reduced heart disease deaths by 29% and all-cause mortality by 17% in older adults.
So it wasn’t the eggs…it was the context of the diet‼️
🚨Which is exactly what I see ALL THE TIME. Most people don’t have a cholesterol problem, they have an inflammation problem.
👉 Omega-6 overload
👉 Ultra-processed foods
👉 Poor sourcing
That’s why quality matters:
🐓 Corn + soy-fed = inflammatory
🌱 Pasture-raised = completely different food
