The Medical Staffing LLC. DeVona Daniels has been apart of the healthcare industry for over thirty years starting from her graduation from Tabb High School in Yorktown, Virginia.

She worked as a CNA while in LPN school. DeVona later transitioned to being a Licensed Practical Nurse in 1994. As an LPN she worked with children, adults, the elderly, mental health clients and the disabled in many different areas of medical care. She became an RN in 2016. Her nursing career includes travel nursing, administrative management positions, home health, staffing agencies allowing her years of experience with Infusion therapy, wound care, Enteral therapy, palliative care, hospice care, ambulatory care, Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU, CCU, Neurology ICU, Spinal cord injuries, Stroke therapy, and many other specialties related to medical care. She continues her journey to provide quality, innovative, reliable nursing services to the very same facilities she provided care in her
hometown and surrounding areas of Hampton Roads. Her style of nursing ensures that the staffing professionals she employs will possess a high standard for every level of care provided to their patients and residents. As a single mother, DeVona has a unique appreciation working for a staffing agency with the flexibility it allowed. She is dedicated to delivering high quality care while collectively coordinating continued training and education, individualized to each facilities policies and procedures.
