TONIGHT: The Virginia Peninsula Foodbank will hold a mobile food distribution event Friday at 5:30 p.m. at the food bank, 2401 Aluminum Avenue in Hampton. The drive-thru event will provide free food to residents and families in need while supplies last. If you or someone you know is experiencing food insecurity, please let them know they can attend these distributions. The Foodbank needs donations for mobile food distributions. Avoid spaces that cause you to dim your light. That’s not the space for you. Show up as you are, and if it’s not received, that’s not the space for you! Always be you…authentically and abundantly!

Memories are made to last. But all memories aren’t great memories. Some come with hurt filled extra baggage. Just because it hurts, it doesn’t make the memory go away.

But eventually, the hurt will subside and the negative energy attached to it will fall away. So when you then think of this memory, it doesn’t hurt as bad and you don’t respond to it the same way.

Embrace the memories. Release the negative energy.
