Our residents had a magical time creating their own fairy gardens! With tiny houses, colorful stones, plants, and whimsical decorations, each garden became a unique reflection of creativity and imagination. The joy of designing these little enchanted spaces brought out plenty of smiles and sparked wonderful conversations.

Our residents enjoyed exploring the sculptures around the city of Newport News. Each stop gave them a chance to admire the creativity and craftsmanship of local and national artists, while sparking conversations and memories of their own love for art. The outing was filled with smiles, curiosity, and appreciation for the beauty woven into the city. It was a delightful way to spend the day together, surrounded by both art and friendship.

Today our dementia residents enjoyed a heartwarming visit from our pet therapy friend. The soft fur, wagging tail, and unconditional love sparked smiles, laughter, and even a few cherished memories. It’s amazing how a gentle nuzzle or playful paw can brighten the whole room. ❤️🐶🐾
