Healthy coping mechanisms are important. there are many ways to handle stress, grief, pain, sadness, loneliness, and being overwhelmed. Find a safe place where you can spend time alone or with friends that provides peace and clarity of mind. Watching the sunset near the mountains or ocean is one way that has helped me with my own depression. Never feel that you have to be alone.
