Garlic Chicken with Broccoli and Spinach

Ingredients:

4 chicken breasts, cut into strips
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 cups of broccoli florets
2 cups of fresh spinach
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of paprika
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste

Ingredients for the patties:
1 pound ground beef

Salt and pepper to taste

For the onions:
1/2 cup sliced onions
2 tablespoons butter

For the sandwich:
2 slices of rye bread
2 slices of Swiss cheese (or cheese of your choice)
Mayonnaise (optional)

Optional:
French onion au jus for dipping
Whataburger Creamy Pepper Sauce

Instructions:
Prepare the beef patties: Season the ground beef with salt and pepper, and divide into 2 equal-sized balls.

Cook the onions: Heat butter in a skillet over low-medium heat, add onions and cook until caramelized, about 30 minutes.

Cook the patties: Cook the beef patties in a skillet until browned and cooked through.

Assemble the sandwich: Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread, if desired.
Layer the sandwich: Place one slice of bread (mayonnaise-side down) in the skillet, top with cheese, beef patty, caramelized onions, another slice of cheese, and the other slice of bread (mayonnaise-side up).

Grill the sandwich: Cook the sandwich until golden brown and cheese has started to melt, 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Serve: Serve the patty melt with French onion au jus or your favorite dipping sauce.

For a delicious grilled chicken and avocado salad, you'll need grilled chicken, avocado, your choice of leafy greens, and optional ingredients like tomatoes, bell peppers, red onion, and a vinaigrette dressing.

Core Ingredients:

Grilled Chicken: Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, marinated and grilled to your liking.

Avocado: Ripe avocados, sliced or diced.

Blackened Salmon Stuffed with Spinach & Parmesan

Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (skinless, about 1.5 inches thick or 6 oz)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- Lemon wedges for serving

Cook instructions:

1. Preheat the oven ro 375ยฐ F (190ยฐ C)
2. In pan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and spinach, cooking until wilted. Remove from heat and mix in the cream chesse and parmesan cheese until well combined. Set aside.
3. Slice each salmon fillet horizontally to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through.
4. Stuff the salmon fillets with the spinach and cheese mixture.
5. In a small bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black peppet, and salt. Rub the seaoning blend over the tops of the salmon fillets.
6. Heat a skillet over medium high heat and sear the salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until the tops are blackened and crispy.
7. Transfer the salmon to the oven and bake for 10-12 mintues util cooked through.
8. Serve with lemon wedges for a zezty finish.
