We are honored to announce the promotion of Damian Tucker to Chief Operating Officer (COO).
As Damian steps into this new role, we asked what excites him most about 2026 and the work ahead:
“As I step into the COO role, I’m most excited about strengthening the people and systems that support our mission. This year brings an opportunity to enhance operational clarity, improve team workflows and cultivate a culture where staff development forms the foundation for everyone to do their best work. Setting our sights on operational excellence will ultimately have a positive impact on the mental health and wellness of the youth under our care.
I’m appreciative of the opportunity to partner closely with each department as we collectively build the habits and structures that drive consistency and quality. Additionally, I’m committed to aligning departments more effectively, streamlining the patient and family experience and supporting innovative approaches that elevate the quality of our clinical programs. Ultimately, my focus is on supporting growth that’s thoughtful, sustainable and deeply centered on the people we serve—and the teams who make our work possible.”

Social workers play a vital role in supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. They are often the steady voice in times of crisis, the advocate when someone feels unheard, and the guide who helps people navigate the path toward healing and stability. Their work is especially essential.
Social workers help coordinate care, connect patients with critical resources, support families and ensure that every person receives compassionate, person centered treatment. Their dedication strengthens our community and transforms lives every day.
