The Heart ❤ of Oyster Point Family Practice has ALWAYS been our compassionate and dedicated staff and Providers. One of our "heartbeats" is Linda Y. Linda has been a part of our OPFP family for over 20 years. She serves as an MA, a nurse, our Bone Density Tech, our PFT tech and so much more. She has worn and wears many different hats in her ever-present pursuit of providing exceptional patient care to EVERYONE. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Linda was the FIRST person to volunteer to suit up in PPE and test any patient that needed to be tested for the virus. On freezing cold days in the winter and in the sweltering heat of summer, Linda walked outside and met patients at their car windows to test them for COVID-19 in a successful effort to minimize exposure to other patients and staff. She is also always available and willing to assist our Providers and her fellow staff members whenever and wherever she is needed. Anyone who has been an OPFP patient for more than a year has seen Linda in action and has experienced her compassion and care firsthand.
Linda is also an excellent, attentive and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She loves spending time with her growing family and enjoys creating unique shadow box art and "building and designing" things with both a 3D printer and a Cricut machine. Linda is a rare gem who consistently rises to any challenge and vanquishes anything that stands in her way of taking care of her patients. At Oyster Point Family Practice, we feel so blessed to call Linda part of our family and a "heartbeat" of our team. 💓 We LOVE you, Linda! ❤ So the next time you visit us, if you look closely at Linda, I am sure you will see what we see, too. Her cape! Linda is our very own OPFP Superhero! 🌟💥
