💕 February is American Heart Month – Let's Prioritize Heart Health Together! 💕
Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the U.S., affecting millions of lives. This February, let's take action to protect our heart health and the health of those we care about. Here's how you can get involved:
Learn CPR and become a lifesaver. More than 350,000 out-of-hospital cardiac arrests occur annually in the U.S. By learning Hands-Only CPR, you could be the difference between life and death.
Wear red on National Wear Red Day (February 6th) to raise awareness for cardiovascular disease and support women's heart health.
Adopt heart-healthy habits. Up to 80% of heart disease is preventable. Start this month by eating a healthy diet, increasing physical activity, managing cholesterol and blood pressure, and maintaining a healthy weight.
Participate in community events. Look for local events recognizing American Heart Month and invite friends, family, and colleagues to join you.
Take the first step today. Whether it's learning CPR, scheduling a health checkup, or committing to a new wellness habit, every action counts. Your heart health matters – and so do you.
Join us in celebrating American Heart Month and let's work together to improve heart health, one beat at a time! đź’•
